The cash grants can be used for fertility treatments but do not cover egg freezing. The awardees of medication grants will receive fertility medications from EMD Serono.

Applicants need to be US permanent residents and be deemed medically infertile.

Grant application non-refundable fee is $50. All applications require a comprehensive plan on how patients will add financially to their treatment costs. This foundation helps any of the states in the United States couples with IVF grants. They work to help families in financial need who require IVF, donor egg or embryo adoption services. Military personnel or cancer patients wishing to preserve fertility can also apply.
Grants may be awarded several times a year and the number of grants awarded will vary depending on the availability of funds. The grant money can be used toward any expenses of IVF procedures. But the fund doesn’t be used for fertility medication.
