Termination of the two-cycle plus plan happens when a live birth is achieved.

  • ARC Three-Cycle Plan:

This plan gives the patients 6 chances to achieve a live birth because the patient gets 3 retrievals in addition to 6 embryo transfers.

Services in the plan are dependent on the number of times the patient has to visit the office, blood work and ultrasounds during a normal IVF process, and by using embryos attained during the retrieval (frozen or fresh).

Until serum pregnancy test is done, clinical care is administered after one IVF cycle. Obstetrical is not considered as a covered process in this program. If loss occurs during pregnancy, additional services are provided throughout the 36-month period, up to the maximum number of services.

Termination of the three-cycle plus plan happens when a livebirth is achieved.
