Number and Amount Of Grant Award
The number of grants available is highly variable based on how much the organization is able to raise. Each grant offers up to $10,000 in financial assistance. Any expense exceeding this amount is the participant’s responsibility.
Award Coverage
Nest Egg Foundation’s award will cover only IVF treatment. However, this definition of IVF is a bit broader. Treatment cycles, embryo transfers, cryopreservation, embryo testing, and any other costs regarding third-party IVF. The grant will only be available for use at RMACT, the CARS, and one of two Connecticut Centers of Excellence.
Application Fee and Eligibility
Participants must pay a fee of $25 at the time of application. Both the partners must be US citizens living in New York or Connecticut. A clinically-approved diagnosis for primary infertility (i.e., couples with no children) is required, except for same-sex couples and singles.
The participants’ annual family income should be less than $140,000 for couples and $85,000 for single people. There are some other clinical criteria available on their website.
