The organization provides help for IVF grants covering the full cost of one egg retrieval and one embryo transfer. In addition, ICSI, if needed is also covered. The grant, however, does not cover expenses relating to embryo freezing, IVF consultation or medication.

Applicants or co-applicants need a medical diagnosis of infertility and be a citizen of the US.

- Eligibility
Applying couples must not have undergone IVF treatment previously or have any children together. Couples need to live in the Greater Cincinnati area, be in good health and show a combined family income of less than $70,000.

Cleveland Clinic – Ohio Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP)
About
The Ohio Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP) is an intensive financial assistance scholarship. This is for the infertile couples who want their treatment at the Cleveland Clinic.
