Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, the Gift of Parenthood grant is an award for couples who struggle to conceive a child. Their main goal is to ensure a happy family regardless of age, sex, and sexual orientation.

Number and Amount of Grant Award

They distribute grants up to four times each year. The exact number may vary depending on the amount of donations they raise. The amount they offer is also not listed, but it’s enough to cover IVF costs.

Award Coverage

The Gift of Parenthood grant covers all costs of IVF, IUI, third-party reproduction, and egg preservation. If the participant’s insurer does not cover fertility medication costs, those may also include in the grant.

Application Fee and Eligibility

A fee of $60 is charged during the application. Anyone who is under 50 years and over 18 may apply for the IVF grant. Needless to say, you must be a US citizen in order to apply. They entertain same-sex couples as well.

Application Process

You can fill the application form on its website when it opens. A committee of fertility experts and doctors will then decide who to award the grant. And within four weeks of application, the applicant gets the notification. However, the amount and number of grants vary greatly depending on donations.
