About
Starfish Infertility Foundation is for couples who have suffered 3 unsuccessful embryo transfers. They work with the vision to provide an affordable family building for all. They offer two main grants: the Braxton and Bexleigh Grants.
Number and Amount of Grant Award
The SIF offers one major grant, the Bexleigh and Braxton award for couples who do not have infertility insurance. The Braxton and Bexleigh Grants both awards up to $5,000.
Award Coverage
Both the awards cover uninsured fertility treatments at any SART-member clinic. The treatment includes all costs, including medication and lab fees. You can also use the amount for IVF and other ART treatments.
Application Fee and Eligibility
The Braxton Grant requires that the couple be a permanent resident of the US, and must not have infertility insurance. The Bexleigh Grant requires you to live in or around Nashville, preferably within 100 miles. Other criteria may apply, which, along with the application fee, are not available as of yet.
