This foundation allocates infertility grants twice every year. Grants get dispensed in April and September to couples who are financially burdened.
- Eligibility
Couples must reside within 24 miles of Morris, IL and be legally married. Applicants should have minimal or no insurance coverage with no children at home. Couples who are in the early stages of treatment with a greater likelihood of conception get considered.

Applicants need to fill out an application along with a doctor’s letter. They should also include medical records and a financial statement with the application. Kevin J. Lederer Memorial Grant
In order to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Kevin J. Lederer, Fertility Centers of Illinois will donate one IVF cycle for residents in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri or Wisconsin each year.
The donated IVF cycle grant covers pre-cycle physical exam fees, ovulation monitoring, egg retrieval, oocyte ID, embryo prep, embryo transfer, ICSI, hormonal monitoring laboratory fees. But it doesn’t cover Genetic testing/screening, PGS / PGD, Cryopreservation and storage fees, Medication.

Meanwhile, the Coalition for Family Building offers financial assistance grants up to $10,000. Applicants must reside in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, or Wisconsin with a diagnosis of infertility.
