All our lab staff specialize in embryology and andrology.Getting Started At PFCAn initial appointment with a physician at our facility gives patients to meet their doctor personally. Each PFC physician is a certified specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Our team of six physicians includes Dr. Philip E. Chenette, Dr. Carolyn R. Givens, Dr. Carl M. Herbert, Dr. Isabelle P. Ryan, Dr. Eldon D. Schriock and Dr. Liyun Li. Each doctor works with a physician care team when dealing with their patients. Together the team coordinates intake, scheduling, diagnosing, testing, and treatment for their assigned patient.Clinical Laboratory DirectorDr. Joseph Conaghan is a board certified Clinical Laboratory Director in the disciplines of Embryology and Andrology. He is also the Director at PFC where he ensures the highest quality of patient care for his clients.Nursing Staff and Cycle SpecialistsPFC's nursing and clinical coordination team is an integral component of our clinic. They assist doctors and their patients through the whole treatment cycle. The nursing staff at PFC is highly trained and display personal commitment to providing the best health care. They not only provide health care but also play a part in educating patients. They are always available to answer any concerns and explain procedures when needed.Nursing staff is available on the premises 7 days a week during clinic hours.Counseling and TherapyPFC counselor, Peggy Orlin is an important member of the clinical team. To discuss this aspect of your treatment we have a financial team at PFC of two financial coordinators, an insurance coordinator and billing staff.The Financial Coordinator can help you with fees structure, plan availability and selecting the right plan for you. Financial coordinators will also help you familiarize yourself with insurance coverage and fulfilling policy requirements. They will also answer any questions you may have.The Insurance Coordinator at PFC works with HMO and IUI patients to verify eligibility and benefits. The coordinator also liaisons between patients and their insurance company.The billing staff at PFC can answer all questions regarding the patient's account. They can also assist with follow up on unpaid claims.PFC has several IVF financial plans to manage treatment costs.IVF Single Cycle PlanThis plan is for patients who can use their own eggs and uterus. It is also applicable for ovum donation and women seeking a gestational carrier. Pricing is as follows:
