Dr. Amos E. MadanesA board certified reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Madanes has been helping infertile couples conceive since 1979. He has been the centre£ªs Director since its inception in 1984, delivering advanced fertility options to all his clientele.Over the span of his career, Dr. Madanes has worked on developing many profound assisted reproduction procedures and is a well-known leader in reproductive endocrinology.Dr. Jeannette Israel Dr. Israel is a doctor in medicine and a Fellowship in Genetics and Human Development. She is one of the leading genetics experts in the country and holds the position of Genetic Counselor at the Midwest Fertility Center. She handles all prenatal genetic testing for patients aged 35 and over.Dr. Hisham F. GreissDr. Griess is the Director of Reproductive Laboratories at Midwest Fertility Center. He is a certified Embryology Laboratory Director from the American Board of Bioanalysis.Dr. Greiss also has a PhD in Genetic Selection.

Tubal ReversalTubal litigation reversal is a surgical procedure offered at Midwest Fertility Center to retrieve a woman's ability to become pregnant. The procedure involves surgically repairing the woman's fallopian tubes to allow a pregnancy to occur.

Once your diagnostic evaluation has been completed, you will meet with your physician to review results and discuss options. At this time, a patient advocate will also be present to discuss the financial details of your treatment plan. The program allows the reimbursement of certain IVF fees in order to let patients continue and pursue further treatment.Pre-Paid PackagesThese packages offered by Midwest Fertility Center offer pre-paid solutions. Packages are applicable for clomid, IVF injectable cycles and other procedures that are not covered by insurance.The Lending ClubThis is a health care agency that specializes in financing payments for fertility treatment and procedures not covered by insurance. With this program low, fixed interest payment plans are available.Credit CardsPayment is also accepted by most credit cards like Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover.Special ProgramsFrom time to time, Midwest Fertility Center offers special financial programs to be taken advantage of. Currently, there are two such programs including:Basic IVF Cash PackageThis is a limited time special program offered by Midwest Fertility Centre for new patients. The special is good for 1 IVF cycle and is only valid thru June 30th 2017. It is being offered at an incredible price of $6,500.Package does not include facility fee, medications or micromanipulations.Slide to Success ProgramThis is a highly affordable program to help people achieve their dream of building a family. The program offers multicycle IVF treatment that reduces the financial burden in case your first attempt is not successful. Under this program, treatment charges are as follows:
