EvaluationORM provides a thorough evaluation of all patients' fertility health. For female patients the following will be considered:

• Medical and reproductive history
• Complete physical examination
• Study of uterine cavity
• Sonohystogram or recent HSG
• Blood work
• Follicle count

For male patients the following will be evaluated:

• Medical and reproductive histroy
• Semen analysis
• Sperm function test

IUIWith IUI, specially prepared sperm is placed directly into the woman's uterus around ovulation.
