  • Blood work
  • Follicle count

For male patients the following will be evaluated:

Fertility Testing

Patients will also need to have testing done in the following areas:

  • Ovarian reserve testing
  • Uterine evaluation
  • Transvaginal pelvic sonogram

With IUI, specially prepared sperm is placed directly into the woman's uterus around ovulation. This eliminates the path that the sperm would otherwise take to the uterus and improves the chance of pregnancy.

IVF is the most advanced and effective fertility treatment available. The procedure involves fertilizing a woman's eggs with sperm in a laboratory instead of inside the fallopian tube.

Fertility Preservation

The egg freezing program at ORM allows ample time for family planning for patients. The same also gives women undergoing cancer treatment a chance to preserve their fertility before starting treatment.

Fertility specialists at ORM can fast track the entire process of egg freezing at a discounted rate. After an appointment with the physician to discuss options, medications can start immediately. These medications are provided free of charge.

LGBTQ Biological Parenting

  • Lesbian Couples

Same sex female partners can decide on one partner to carry the pregnancy and select a sperm donor. A single woman need only select a sperm donor. Treatment starts with the basic option of IUI but if that does not work, then others like IVF will be considered.

  • Male Gay Couples

Men wishing to start a family can use a donor egg and gestational carrier. Gay couples can decide which partner will use his sperm in IVF procedures to have a biological link with the resulting embryo.

Gestational Surrogacy

Gestational surrogacy allows a woman to carry a pregnancy on behalf of another individual or couple. She has no biological link to the child she carries. ORM provides gestational surrogacy services to its clients with outstanding success rates.

Egg Donor Program

ORM gives support to patients when they need to select an egg donor. The egg donor program at the facility gives intended parents a large selection of donors to consider. All donors are healthy and intensely screened.
