I’m 31 years old and my husband is 32 we are married for 5years we seeked medical advice 4 years ago my husband did semen analysis and i did hormonal assay and HSG and were normal i had clomid (clomiphene citrate) for many cycles with no result i then had IUI twice while having fostimone (urofollitropin FSH) and chriomone (HCG) amp. and fail then i did antisperm antibodies & IgG & IgM aganist toxoplasmosis and were –ve, i also did thyroid function and were normal then i did ICSI twice, during the cycle i had the following treatment: decapeptyle (triptorelin), cycloprogynova (only white pills estradiol valerate), urbazon (methyl prednisoline), heparin, asprine ,merional (HMG) & chriomone (HCG) 36 hours before ova pickup .. 12 ova were aspirated and they gave 6 embryos then i transfere 3 in the 5th day (they were laser assisted hatched); i had prontogest (progesterone) amp(100 mg). & supp (200mg). & duphastone(progesterone 20 mg),folic acid , urbazon(methyl prednisoline), asprin and vit.E during the luteal phase and i was having 15 mm endometerial .then i had FET the next cycle ( they were the last 3 embryos)
I did some labs (anticardiolipin, lupus anticoagulant , antiDNA ,protein c & s ,antithrombin III) they are normal but I have ANA 1.78 ( the normal level of the lab is 1.5)
Also I had homocyctine level & had folic acid & vit. B and the level become 3.8…
I had hysteroscopy and laparoscope one year & they showed mild degree of endometriosis with left tube showing no motility and arcute uterus which has been corrected.

Then i had genetic test:
factor xiii v34l heterogeneous mutation
beta fibrinogen 455 G>A heterogeneous mutation
MTHFR C677T heterogeneous mutation

Last month i did anther hysteroscopy and it was normal then i start anther cycle of ivf ( in another fertility center) where i had decapeptyle (triptorelin) from day 21 of the cycle the menogone (HMG) 225 iu per day for 12 days & chriomone (HCG) 36 hours before ova pickup ..also i had steroid 5mg perday and asprin 75mg per day ... 13 ova were picked 8 were fertilized but only 5 were of good quality where i had 3 embryos transferred and 2 were frozen . after the ova pickup i start the lutual phase with progesterone 800 mg vaginal supp and 100 mg as amps aslo i had estradiol valerate steroid, asprin, anti coagulant ( enoxaparine 40) and myometrial relaxant (ritodrine). i don't know what to do next shall i my FET that remain from the last cycle.. is there more investigations i should do before trying again.

Thanks alot Dr. Sher for your kind reply and your kind wishes.... The pain was more at the right side of the abdomen and so I think it may has been an ectopic pregnancy but my dr. performed an U/S and he didnt mention if he thinks it was an ectopic or not.... I'd like to ask you one last question Dr. Sher if you dont mind.. What can be the earliest time to try again?... I really cant wait & want to try as soon as possible.. Should I have to wait for a new menstrual cycle and start again after ovulation following that cycle or is there an ovulation after this bleeding of abortion that I can start with.

It could be an embryo issue or an implantation issue. However, I would need an opportunity to review your records in detail to be more specific.

However be sure to have your RE rule out an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy.

I actually had IVF on 24/4/2011... my B-HCG was 230 on 8/5/2011, then I had brownish spotting so I repeated it on 12/5 and was 626 then spotting continued so I took I.M Progesterone together with the progesterone suppositories I have been taken since the IVF , but I had an attack of vomiting about 8 times with severe abdominal pain, and bleeding (about half a pad of fresh blood) My B-HCG was 1020 on 16/5 & bleeding discontinued & was followed by brownish spotting.. my B-HCG on 18/5 was 717..... I just wonder what is the cause of my IVF failure...
