  1. My husband has low motility and morphology sperm. I have had done 4 IUI's without any positive result. Afterward we have done our 1 IVF with ICSI resulted in pregnancy with transfered only one embryo...at 3 months i found out that the baby has chromosomes abnormalities after undergone CVS and amnio the result was baby with Turner syndrome X0. My husband and I decided to terminate the fetus.it was horrible news for us i couldn't image this will happed to me specialy my age is 29.. after 4 months we decided to go throug frozen embryo, and we had 2 embryos transfered and i got pregnant again with one... at 3 months the prenatal testing CVS revealed this time baby with down syndrome.. I felt that i went trough a lot and i cant take any more.. i been so depressed and taking sleep meds as well as depression medication..It is been 7 months since my last termination. My husband and i have decided to go throug anther IVF with ICSI..we even asked our doctor for PGD if will be good option for us and we were told that cannot predict aneuploidy.. I was searching about any new technology that can test all chromosomes in the embryo before transfer and read about CGH.. do you think that it is best option for my situation.. My doctor told my husband that there is new technology but he needs to search if the hospital provide it before he will tell me about it. I live in Boston... Thank you
